If you ever get the chance to visit Bull Shoals in northwest Arkansas, take it. I cannot adequately convey the fun we had on Bull Shoals lake and trout stream that flows south from the dam. From the pontoon boat to the canoes the kids had an absolute blast on the water. The campground (Copper John’s Resort -http://www.copperjohnresort.com/ ) is wonderful as are the people who run it. Thanks to Mike and Ryan for their hospitality and especially the pancake breakfast on Monday.
