I’ve spent the last 20+ years doing the things others rarely want to do: making complicated software projects actually work. By day, I’m a program manager who speaks fluent “enterprise SaaS implementation” and can turn chaos into a project plan. By night (and most weekends, if I’m honest), I’m building MTWhiteLABS (coming soon!), my own technology advisory venture — AI consulting, website design, accessibility work, the whole nine yards.

I build full websites in WordPress and Elementor and have opinions about Web 3.0.

When I’m not wrangling client work, I run the Memphis History Project (also coming soon), a nonprofit built on the very reasonable belief that Memphis’s history — its lost neighborhoods, old schools, forgotten cemeteries — deserves better than a dusty archive nobody visits. I also work with the Memphis & Shelby County Optimist Club, because apparently one nonprofit wasn’t enough.

Living in Cordova, TN, just outside Memphis, where I split my time between spreadsheets, side projects, and rabbit holes about the city’s past. This blog is where all of that collides.
